SWEETWATER COUNTY, Wyo. \u2014 Police in Sweetwater County are asking the public to be on the lookout for fake $20 bills.\r\n\r\nThe Rock Springs Police Department is warning business owners and citizens of counterfeit bills circulating in the Rock Springs area.\r\n\r\nThe bills look extremely real but are slightly different in color. On the bill, the word \u201cCOPY\u201d appears, and the banner at the top of the bill that would normally state \u201cFEDERAL RESERVE NOTE\u201d instead reads \u201cFOR MOTION PICTURE USE ONLY\u201d on the front and back.\r\n\r\nSeveral businesses have already reported receiving the bills in various denominations. Cashiers are advised to inspect all bills before accepting them.\r\n\r\nAnyone in possession of one of these counterfeit bills is asked to contact Detective Sgt. Brenda Baker at the Rock Springs Police Department at 307-352-1575.
