SUBLETTE COUNTY, WYO \u2013 Buckrail has learned that all charges against Wyomatoes have been dismissed without prejudice. Sublette County Attorney Clay Kainer on January 5 submitted a request for dismissal for four defendants arrested last summer for their alleged involvement in a large-scale marijuana-growing operation at the organic farm located near Big Piney. That request was accepted by\u00a0Circuit Court Judge Curt Haws and Ninth District Judge Marv Tyler. Cristian Omar Mendez-Garcia and Sergio Eleazar Huerta-Garcia were arrested onsite during a raid on August 25, 2017. Property owner Stewart M. Doty was arrested a few weeks later in September. Margaret \u201cMaggie\u201d McAllister, now a resident of Colorado where she runs a bakery, was also later located and arrested. Investigators seized about 300 marijuana plants along with about 50 pounds of processed plant after executing a search warrant for the greenhouses at Wyomatoes.
