JACKSON, Wyo. — Whether you are a nature enthusiast, athlete, artist, writer, performer, dreamer, healer, public speaker or dancing machine, (T)he (B)ody (C)reative is an exciting new all-levels workshop offering created for you. Taught by Francesca Romo and Bradley Smith, (T)he (B)ody (C)reative will provide a safe space to connect with your own body’s innate creativity and a larger body of fellow movers, thinkers, and shakers.

This class is designed for anyone who wants to recharge their artistic spirit and get a stimulating physical workout. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner, all are invited to join us as we move, explore, play, improvise, tap into the imagination, and strengthen collaborative skills while we generate material together. Using techniques from dance, theater, and socially engaged art, this workshop culminates with a no-stress (T)he (B)ody (C)reative Open Showing to share our explorations and invite friends and family to attend.

The four-day workshop runs daily from Thursday, January 30 to Sunday, February 2, from 5–7:45 p.m. each day. $80 for the entire workshop or $25 per session, and participants are asked to attend two sessions minimum. If cost is an issue please email DW to ask about a movement study grant. (T)he (B)ody (C)reative Open Showing will be on Sunday, February 2nd at 6:45 p.m. and is free for your friends and family to attend. Pre-registration is required in order to participate.
