Join the Battalion

Sublette County Unified Fire is looking for strong men and women willing to serve their community by volunteering to join their local fire department. The fire department needs volunteer firefighters of all ages, all physical ability levels, all backgrounds, and all experience levels. Basically, if you’re reading this, you’re a potential candidate.

Sublette County Unified Fire is comprised of over 100 volunteer firefighters that staff six fire stations in Pinedale, Big Piney/Marbleton, Bondurant, Boulder, Daniel, and Kendall Valley. It doesn’t matter where you live in the county, there is a Sublette County Unified Fire Battalion near you.

Buckrail spoke with Firefighter Landon Call. Firefighters have nothing but positive things to say about the department and the gratification of serving their great community. “We take pride in protecting and serving the people of our incredible county,” says Call.
