JOB: CWC Executive Director of the Foundation

JACKSON, WY— Central Wyoming College is hiring an Executive Director of the Foundation.

The ED is charged with leading, directing, managing and organizing the achievements and operations of the Foundation to support the college including facilitating donor development, fundraising, developing community partnerships, and expanding overall financial capital resources available to support the college’s mission and strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, passionate about new opportunities, an inspiring team leader, possesses a significant drive for success, and is dedicated to the community college mission and strategic plan developed by the Foundation and College. They also have a Master’s in business administration, marketing or other directly-related field and 10 years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising and fund development. About the area:

The Central Wyoming College main campus is located in Riverton, a city of about 10,000 on the banks of the Wind River. The campus and community lie in the Wind River Valley, a large lowland area bounded by mountains on three sides. The area has a wide range of environmental zones from cold desert to alpine. Lakes and streams are abundant. Gannett Peak, Wyoming’s highest mountain, is in close proximity to where the Wind River Mountains adjoin the valley.
