Assistant Production Manager – Bilingual Required:
It’s going to be a big season for High Country Linen as the production plant is in the middle of a complete overhaul with brand new state of the art equipment!! The new plant will allow the team to function at a higher level than ever before. High Country Linen Service is hiring an Assistant Production Manager which is a vital role as the Company transitions its operations to the future!
This year-round salaried position will work with the Production manager and Engineering staff to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. Primary responsibilities include monitoring plant operations ensuring that linen orders are filled accurately and on time. Scheduling, training, and general supervision of the team. The position occasionally engages with customers to ensure that inventory needs are understood and addressed with any order adjustments necessary. Demonstration of safe workplace habits and promoting safety for our team is a must.
Bi-lingual language skills are required (English & Spanish). 3+ years of supervisory work experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be customer focused and comfortable in a multi-tasking fast paced environment.
