Game & Fish hosts two photo contests

WYOMING — Calling photographers across the state:

Wyoming Game & Fish is now accepting submissions for a photography contest as part of its publication, “Wyoming Wildlife.” Budding photographers have two chances to show off their work.

First, submissions are being accepted for the Wyoming Wildlife photo edition now until midnight Nov. 25.

A panel of judges will select a grand prize winner, plus first, second, and third place winners and an honorable mention. Photographers can submit in four categories: wildlife, scenic, recreation, and flora. Each photographer can submit a maximum of 10 photos across all categories.

Wyoming Wildlife will also host a spring photo contest for a chance to be featured in the Wyoming Wildlife 2020 calendar.

Rules:

  • Photos must have been taken in Wyoming
  • Photos may not have been previously submitted to or taken on assignment for Wyoming Wildlife
  • Employees of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, Wyoming Game and Fish Commission members and their immediate families are ineligible to participate
