Classical music is the highlight of this #WonderWednesday as Grand Teton Music Festival’s third annual Winter Festival graces school classrooms, the public library and venues across town.
From Wednesday to Saturday, innovative classical musicians will give talks and performances. Two free daytime lectures explore why music builds community, and how improv affects the brain. By night, musicians-in-residence take to different local venues. Students attend for free. Here’s a curated Winter Festival collection with ticket links to capture it all.
It’s also a prime week to meet visual artists. Exhibition openings at WRJ Design and The Rose feature art that transports viewers to another world, and you won’t want to miss a Jackson Hole High School art student opening at National Museum of Wildlife Art’s First Sunday.
