Feel the love with a weekend of workshops

JACKSON, Wyo. — The Hold Me Tight Workshop is based on a book by Dr. Sue Johnson which features stories and exercises designed to nurture positive, loving relationships. For two days, this workshop is coming to Jackson. On Friday, October 18 and Saturday, October 19, at St. John’s Episcopal Church, facilitators will host a two-day workshop following HMT curriculum. Couples will learn about the science of love, attachment, and adult bonding and will be taken through healing conversations to strengthen their bond, increase communication, connection, safety, and intimacy.

St. John’s Episcopal Church is highly subsidizing the workshop, making it more affordable. Scholarships and childcare are also available if needed. This program is made possible from a partnership between St. John’s Episcopal Church and Jackson Hole Family Solutions. Spaces are limited, so be sure to register online beforehand!
