Executive Director, CULTIVATE

CULTIVATE seeks an individual to fill the position of Executive Director for the organization. CULTIVATE’s primary mission is to provide grant funding for the support of programs designed to nurture the growth and employment success of individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities, such as those in the Vertical Harvest Grow Well Model program.

The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors and be responsible for the entire operation and success of CULTIVATE. The ED’s role will be to design a comprehensive fundraising plan to ensure reliable financial resources. The successful candidate will be committed to the CULTIVATE mission, an exceptional manager, and a motivating leader with demonstrated success in a similar position or organization.
