Good Samaritan Mission Canned Food Drive

The annual canned food drive for the homeless is being held at Smith's Grocery Store beginning Monday, November 1st and ending Monday, November 18. We are in need of canned tuna fish, canned soups, canned vegetables, canned fruits, shelf stable milk, hot and cold cereals, pasta, canned tomato sauce, peanut butter and jelly, and other shelf-stable foods. The Good Samaritan Mission has once again partnered with Albertsons and are holding their annual Winter Coat Drive during the entire month of November, 2019. We are requesting donations of new or gently used warm winter coats and jackets for men, women and children in need in the Jackson community. The Drift run, fat bike and ski race

For the last 100 years Wyoming cowboys have "drifted" their cattle each fall out of the mountains where they go to to the desert for the winter. The cows want nothing to do with this winter wonderland. Our racers don't have that same sense of self preservation.
