Yoga for the Health of Your Pelvis Series

Tracey Burke’s Three-Week Series: Yoga for Pelvic Health:
Develop awareness and good health for your pelvic floor with yoga exercises, posture, and breath for women and men. Some pelvic issues may be incontinence, pelvic pain, back or hip pain, constipation, IBS and others.

Drop in for any class or attend all three for the most benefit. Saturdays, January 12, 19, & 26, 2019 from 2 – 3:30 pm

About Tracey Burke:
Tracey Burke began teaching yoga in 2004 and founded Wind River Yoga in Dubois in 2005. Her training includes 400 plus hours in teacher training with Richard Freeman, Sundari, and Tim Miller in the Ashtanga and Anusara philosophies.

Tracey offers space for you to explore freedom of movement and quieting the mind which reflect the practice of yoga within a safe and nurturing environment.

The unfolding of her yoga comes from years of ski instruction at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, horsemanship, and providing healthy nutritious meals as a owner/operator of a guest ranch on the wide open Wyoming range.
