MELT® NeuroStrength with Kate Kosharek

Learn how to rebalance common issues in the pelvic & shoulder girdle while improving joint range of motion, stability and muscular timing. Awaken body connections, find core stability and re-pattern neural pathways to increase efficiency, coordination and flow of movement. Precise cueing and body awareness techniques using resistance bands and MELT® rollers will allow participants to work their bodies more intelligently for better results.
