In an ever-polarizing world, where people are reduced to either villains or heroes, dialogue between seemingly disparate and opposed community members is more important than ever. Join us for a screening of Whose Streets?, a documentary focusing on the events that unfolded on the streets of Ferguson, Missouri after the shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown Jr. in the summer of 2016. Local author Alexandra Fuller will introduce the movie. Following the screening, Reverend Jimmy Bartz will facilitate a discussion about the film with panelists including Police Officer Todd Smith, activist Sarah Ross, and others. Audience members will be given tools to begin to talk about these hard to discuss matters so they can begin to move the needle from division toward unity. A collaboration between Jackson Hole United and Teton County Library.
