Learn more about how the right diet can protect your brain at the 8th annual Cognitive Health Speaker Series Thursday, June 13. Dr. Martha Clare Morris will share insights on how consuming foods with the right fats and nutrients can protect the brain as it ages.

Dr. Morris is a Professor of Epidemiology and the Director of the Section of Nutrition and Nutritional Epidemiology in the Department of Internal Medicine at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. She received her doctoral degree in Epidemiology from the Harvard School of Public Health and has over 20 years’ experience studying how nutrition relates to the development of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of cognitive decline. She is the lead creator of the MIND diet for Brain Health.
