Feb 13, 2020: Tribal Seeds with The Expanders
Based in San Diego, rock-reggae band Tribal Seeds come at their music from a different angle, more influenced by bands like Steel Pulse and Aswad than the common touchstone of Sublime. Formed in 2005 by the Jacobo brothers, singer Steven and producer Tony-Ray, the group issued its debut album, Youth Rebellion, that same year. The album was the first of many to be released on the group’s own label, including a self-titled album in 2008 plus The Harvest from 2009.
BUY TICKETS $27.50 tickets. On sale now.
April 12, 2020: Fruition with special guest TK & The Holy Know Nothings
Fruition’s newest album, Broken at the Break of Day, shines a light on all five members of the band, whether it’s on the traded lead vocals of “Dawn” or the irresistible rhythms of “Where Can I Turn.” As it’s been for more than a decade, their sound is hard to define, but the songwriting and the harmonies tie their diverse influences together.
BUY TICKETS $15 tickets. On sale now.
May 24, 2020: Citizen Cope
Ask him how he knew it was time to record a new studio album and Clarence Greenwood, the trailblazing artist, and producer better known as Citizen Cope, has a simple answer: “It was time.” Cope has built an entire career on trusting his gut and following his muse, and if his new album, ‘Heroin & Helicopters,’ is any indication, his instincts are sharper now than ever before. Jackson is excited to welcome this artist onto the PGT stage.
