JACKSON HOLE, WYO – The Jackson Hole Broncs dropped their third straight game at home to the Powell Panthers, 29-0.
The Jackson offense showed signs of life. Wingback Frank Thomas had another good game after his return this season last week against the Diggers in Sugar-Salem. Thomas, however, could not get around the edge as the Panther pursuit to the outside was solid.
And all the Panthers ever really needed was their kicker, Garrett Stutzman. The sophomore Panther boomed field goals and kickoffs all night, including a 47-yarder with plenty to spare for Powell’s final three points.
Jackson is now winless in three games, and 0-1 in conference play. Next up for the Broncs is a road game with Cody, Friday, September 15.
