(Dubois, Wyo.) – If you believe in being a strong leader and role model for youth you may love working at the Boys & Girls Club. They are currently seeking an individual to help drive their youth programs forward through grant management and resource development.

Position: Director of Development (DOD)

The DOD is responsible for securing funds; managing all aspects of grant applications, compliance and reporting; procuring new relationships with the intention of locating additional resources; maintaining all files and correspondence related to resource procurement; and assisting the CEO in envisioning, creating and implementing quality programs for Dubois youth.

The ideal candidate have the following skills:

  • strong communication skills, oral and written
  • organization
  • time management and able to meet deadlines
  • enjoys working with youth!

Minimum Qualifications: Must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Criminal background check is required. Experience working with youth and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Boys & Girls Club of Dubois, formerly known as Dubois Youth Activities, was formed by a grassroots effort of a few concerned educators, parents and community members. These citizens saw the need for creating authentic opportunities for middle school youth to thrive.
