Alta branch of library celebrates 10 years

ALTA, Wyo. Celebrating its ten year anniversary, Teton County Library Alta branch hosted neighbors, colleagues, and friends for an afternoon of cowboy ‘twang, treats, and laughter on Friday, December 6.

County Library Interim Director, Sid Stanfill was on hand for the occasion. “When you’re here you can really feel this branch is all about community,” he said. “It’s a special place.”

Attendees packed the stacks as well as the seats for an hour-plus set by Jerry Linn and Mike Hurwitz. The mingling and music were made even sweeter thanks to homemade cake and cookies.
