WHAT: 13th Annual Shirley’s Heart Run

A 5K race for the big-hearted runners and walkers among the many generous Teton County businesses and individuals who care enough to support St. John’s Hospital Foundation’s Cardiology Fund. This year, it’s on a new course, starting and ending at R Park in Wilson!
$25 race registration fee. Funds go toward heart-related programs such as CPR training, new portable defibrillators, and assistance for cardiac patients who cannot afford their care.
WHAT: Plein Air Fest

WHERE: National Museum of Wildlife Art
More than 50 invited artists are given one day to create new masterpieces en plein air. They paint from the National Museum of Wildlife Art’s sculpture trail with stupendous views overlooking the National Elk Refuge. Collectors are invited to browse and bid on the fresh artworks, which will be sold by silent bid.

The Teton Freedom Riders will be hosting this season’s first Pass Bash sponsored by Wilson Backcountry Sports and The Stagecoach Bar. Help the Freedom Riders maintain and continue to build trails by showing up and sharing.
Teton Freedom Riders and Wilson Backcountry Sports will have tents set up in the front yard of The Stagecoach Bar. We will be running shuttles on Teton Pass delivering mountain bikers to any trailhead they desire. Teton Pass is home to one of America’s best networks of public gravity and cross-country mountain bike trails. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
If you are not familiar with this trail system, this is a great opportunity to hook-up with some folks that can show you the way!

Teton Raptor Center’s ever-popular Father’s Day Raptor Fest gets a new location as the birds fly east a bit to Snow King where the event is rolled into the first JacksonHoleLive concert of the summer season. It’s also time to celebrate the annual crawfish boil. New Orleans Suspects will provide the music, with locals Boondocks opening.
