Thursday, August 31, 6-9 pm
Join Hole Food Rescue at the Center for the Arts for a festive community meal made entirely from rescued food! Also included will be a raffle and silent auction, music, yard games, activities with JH Public Art, a pedal your own smoothie with a bike blender and more. Kids go free.
Friday, September 1 – Sunday, September 3
Join Art Association of JH and painter Fred Kingwill for a Plein Aire Watercolor workshop that begins with a Friday evening studio session, then moves outside to GTNP for the weekend. Reserve your spot.
Friday, September 1, 10 pm
Our town’s best DJs roll through Hi-Fri DJ nights at the Pink Garter Theatre. Tonight catch Mr. Whipple free and for ages 21+.
Saturday, September 2, 9 am – noon
The Grand Teton Association sponsors three-hour workshops with artists in GTNP. This month learn alongside Teton Plein Air Painters at Schwabacher’s Landing or practice writing with former Wyoming Poet Laureate David Romtvedt. See more details, free.
Sunday, September 3, 7 pm
Originating from Sweden Sofia Talvik’s voice has been compared to the likes of Joni Mitchell, while her sound blends a Nordic background with American-folk sensibilities. See her at the Wort’s Silver Dollar Bar, free.
