JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Here are some recent calls for service in Teton County/Jackson from the dispatch log. Names may be withheld at the request of law enforcement. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filing from the Teton County Attorney’s Office.
Driver was observed making traffic violation, stopped for violation, suspected of DWUI and later arrested for DWUI.
Small resin statue found outside of courtyard. Statue does not belong to any of the local galleries. According to online search, approximate cost of statue is $249.00.
Hospital staff advised of a possible sex assault of 7-year-old female. No suspect identified by parents or child. Sex assault kit collected. SANE nurse stated no evidence of sex assault.
Subjects credit card was used at an Office Supply company for the charge of $2,400.
Owner of vehicle 1 failed to properly shift the vehicle into park before leaving the vehicle. Vehicle 1 rolled down the road and collided onto the rear of vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 was parked and unoccupied. The weight of vehicle 1 pushed vehicle 2 onto a tree causing additional damage to the front driver side fender of vehicle 2.
Subject vehicle backing into another while pulling out of parking space causing damages over $1,000.
Reported vehicle collision on private property. No injuries.
Welfare check on subject stumbling down road. Subject arrested for public intoxication. PBT showed .245% BrAC
During the screening process, TSA located a small “joint” of suspected marijuana on a passenger. The joint was taken for destruction.
Vehicle pulling out of parking lot got struck by another vehicle causing damages over one thousand dollars. State accident report.
Rear-end collision occurred on Hwy 89.
Found camo backpack behind the Centennial Building
The owner of a crossover utility vehicle parked his vehicle unattended in a hotel parking lot. When he returned to it the next day there was fresh damage to the crossover and taillight parts from the other vehicle on the ground. There are no leads in this case.
Blue Mongoose mountain bicycle left in the rack at the Town Hall for a couple of weeks.
Found prescription bottles.
Complainant was receiving unwanted messages from another sender on Facebook. Complainant was advised to unfriend and block the person.
Responded to a two-vehicle non-injury traffic collision. Damages greater than $1,000. Citation issued.
Destruction of property report. Someone cut victim’s flag pole rope.
